A car subscription service provides the needed flexibility and bundles services that meet modern customers’ expectations.
Car subscription is expected to make a substantial impact on the Automotive industry. Car manufacturers and industry experts estimate that 20-30% of new car sales globally will be in the shape of a subscription service already by 2025.
The imove platform enables third-party players across industries like automotive, finance, insurance but also electricity and telecom, to use their white-label technology to offer car subscription as an alternative to car ownership or leasing. imove has also built an extensive fleet of electric vehicles in its own car subscription service. The imove service lets the end-user subscribe to an electric car for an all-inclusive monthly fee, including unique features like access to a weekend car, free mileage, home delivery, seasonal tire change at the customer’s home amongst others.
As Head of Delivery you will be responsible for building a delivery team that can execute multiple projects in parallel across different markets. You will be in the front line expanding imove's business internationally and have daily contact with our national and international colleagues and clients, creating meaningful relations. In close collaboration with the rest of the team you will improve the country jumping methodology and project execution.
Who you will work with
As Head of Delivery you will work in the New Business and Growth team, and be a core member of dedicated expansion team focusing on entering new markets and growing existing ones. You will be working from one of imove's offices together with business managers, IT developers, product specialists and our urban ninjas delivering the day-to-day services for our customers. Travelling to our other international locations or visiting partners around the world will also be part of the job.

- 5+ years experience in delivering IT projects at scale, either as a program / project manager, CTO or similar
- Team player that can lead multi-disciplined teams (business, IT, UX ++)
- Excellent project execution skills
- Ability to create and manage C-level and partner relationships
- A passion for solving customer business problems
- Entrepreneurial and adaptive to constant changes
- You have an analytical and curious mind-set
- You are fluent in English and Norwegian (other languages is a bonus)
- Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal and presentation skills
- You have a bachelor’s or a master’s degree (relevant work experience can compensate)

We operate our own imove-branded electric vehicle subscription service in Norway and Sweden, a service that currently counts more than 1000 vehicles.
In July 2021 we closed a $22.3 million Series A round led by pan-European online car market AutoScout24. It was joined by the Venture Capital Funds Norselab and Idekapital, automotive fund Vazuki 2019, as well as the Norwegian state climate investment company Nysnø. Existing owners include Frydenbø NXT, Hedin Automotive, DSD and NEW & Company. imove was founded in 2018 and has offices in Bergen, Oslo, Stockholm, Munich and Amsterdam. imove is growing rapidly and currently employs about 40 mobility rockstars.
