Next country out is the Netherlands, and we are looking for a Customer & Operations Specialist for our day to day operations.
imove is a Norwegian mobility company that delivers EV car subscriptions to our customers. Our customers subscribe to an EV, with no commitment and with the possibility to swap cars whenever they want. Life as an imover should be 100% seamless, and we take care of all the hassle with “owning” a car, such as service, repairs, tire change etc. In imove we strive to provide the customer with the experience they deserve, and we are turning the industry upside down.
Are you the one we are looking for?
imove was recently selected among Europe´s 100 hottest young scaleups of 2021, and as a Customer & Operations Specialist, you will be the face of the company for our customers. You will handle the day to day business, providing seamless and “hassle free” customer experiences. You will work closely with the Country Manager with support from other offices in Europe. Some of your other responsibilities will be:
- Helping customers with daily inquiries through chat and email.
- Guiding customers that want to try our car subscription.
- Constantly analyzing the existing service and implementing improvements.
- Analyze data to gain new insights.
- Be a driving force for innovation.
- Establish a network of partners.
- Coordinate and handle logistics of car deliveries and returns.
- Secure high fleet utilization and efficient operations.
- Not afraid to get your hands dirty.
Who are you?
As you will be a part of a newly started office, we are looking for a Customer & Operations Specialist that loves to work in a high speed environment with many responsibilities. Experience from customer service and/or the automotive/mobility industry (preferably with EVs) is a bonus. In terms of your personal qualifications, we are looking for someone who is a:
