Through first-hand experience from running our own EV subscription with a fleet counting over 1.000 vehicles, imove has created a fully customizable white-label solution letting third parties offer their own branded car subscription service. We call it Car Subscription as a Service. With the help of our recently closed €19 million / $22.3 million Series A round led by AutoScout24, the pan-European online marketplace for new and used vehicles, imove is scaling rapidly and is about to take Europe by storm! In the center of this expansion you find the New Business and Growth department, which is now looking for an experienced Business Developer to join their team.
Being in a key position in a young scaleup you will have responsibilities reaching beyond the traditional Business Developer role, including:
Analyzing sales and financial data to improve profitability and develop new strategies
Analyzing B2C customers' feedback and behaviour to decide how to best meet their needs
Linking IT and Business strategies to ensure constant product development and seamless integrations of new solutions
Creating and delivering proposals to potential B2B customers and eco-system partners, as well as managing existing ones
Performing and presenting relevant market, industry and competitor analysis to determine the company's strategic goals and formulate concrete actions on how to get there
Providing training and guidance for new employees
Being part of a Delivery Team which is responsible for executing multiple projects across different markets and expanding imove's business internationally
Who you will work with
As Business Developer, you will be working closely with the head of New Business and Growth, the IT department as well as the other Business Developers. You will also work in close collaboration with imove HQ including the Co-founders, CFO, CTO, as well as with Country Managers who are growing imove into European markets.

Who you are
We are looking for a Business Developer with an entrepreneurial mindset and preferably with +3 years experience from a consultancy, startup or similar. In order to succeed in this role you must be able to manage your time efficiently, be a team player as well as a natural contributor to the social environment.
In terms of other personal qualifications, we are looking for someone who is a:
Generalist who knows a bit about everything when it comes to business and is continuously curious to learn more
Natural achiever who gets things done
Number’s person who knows your financials and have strong analytical mindset

Founded in 2018, imove enables players across industries like automotive, finance, insurance but also electricity and telecom, to use their white-label technology to offer car subscriptions as an alternative to car ownership or leasing. We operate our own imove-branded electric vehicle subscription service in Norway and Sweden, a service that currently counts more than 1.000 vehicles.
In July 2021 we closed a $22.3 million Series A round led by pan-European online car market AutoScout24. It was joined by the Venture Capital Funds Norselab and Idekapital, automotive fund Vazuki 2019, as well as the Norwegian state climate investment company Nysnø. Existing owners include Frydenbø NXT, Hedin Automotive, DSD and NEW & Company. imove was founded in 2018 and has offices in Bergen, Oslo, Stockholm, Munich and Amsterdam. imove is growing rapidly and currently employs about 40 mobility rockstars.
